Usage

Chew one tab twice daily and brush with a wet toothbrush. Spit out completely—do not swallow. Not suitable for children under 6. Do not use if you’re allergic to any ingredients. Keep the jar tightly closed to protect tabs from moisture. Plastic-free toothpaste requires a bit more care!
