How the Unpackaged Subscription Works

1. First Delivery: The first product always arrives in its regular retail packaging – legally, as the manufacturer we’re required to include ingredient lists and all manufacturer information visibly and provide suitable packaging.

2. All Subsequent Deliveries: From the second delivery onward, we pack with minimal waste: ultra-thin, unprinted tissue paper or parchment bags. Everything ships in our plastic-free, extra-small shipping box.

For a small additional fee, you’ll receive all products in a reusable box (Germany only). Returns are easy via any mailbox or DHL location.

With our Unpackaged Subscription, you don’t need to remember reordering. Start a subscription for your favorites and choose the delivery interval that suits your needs.

If our intervals don’t fit, you can set your exact delivery schedule to the day in your subscription account after the first delivery.

You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time – no hidden conditions! The subscription is simply our way to legally send you products without extra packaging.

Want to try something different in between?

No problem! You can adjust your subscription anytime: switch the soap, add deodorant or Tooth Tabs, or increase the quantity for partners and family. You can also add one-off items alongside your subscription items as a one-time addition.
