Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany on orders from €60. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.99 with GLS or €5.99 with DHL.

Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), international shipping is now only possible to Austria and the Netherlands. Orders of €100 or more ship free to both countries. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €9.99 with DHL or €7.99 with GLS.

Swiss customers can place their order via the platform meineinkauf.ch or through manufactum.ch.

For sustainability reasons, we do not ship outside of Europe.

Delivery Times

We deliberately do not work with large e-commerce logistics providers. Instead, our orders are carefully packed and shipped by hand locally by Stiftung Mensch, a workshop for people with disabilities.

Courier services do not collect here on an hourly basis. Please understand that this means not everything can arrive the next day – as you may be used to from large corporations.

As a rule, domestic parcels within Germany should reach you within 2–3 business days. International shipping can take up to 7 days depending on the destination.

You will receive a tracking code after placing your order in any case.
