3. Delivery & Processing Times

Germany: delivered to your door within 2–3 business days
Austria + Netherlands: delivered to your door within up to 7 business days

Our logistics are handled in cooperation with Stiftung Mensch, where a dedicated team of people with disabilities carefully assembles every package and processes all orders continuously on the next business day after receipt.

As we deliberately do not work with large e-commerce logistics centres and courier services do not collect hourly, shipping may occasionally take slightly longer than with large corporations.

We will announce any holiday closures or deviating shipping times in advance in our webshop.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code.

5. Packaging

All orders are packed plastic-free and as resource-efficiently as possible.
We use recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary outer packaging.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are possible in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Please return items unused and in their original condition.

Public holidays or seasonal peak times may affect delivery times.
