∴ FAQ

How should bar soap be stored after use?

Bar soaps should be allowed to dry after use. Therefore, store your soap in a place where it won't get wet or where water won't pool. Don't leave it on the sink or shower shelf, as the puddle underneath will make the soap greasy.

Can I even tolerate bar soap?

It's quite possible that your skin will feel dry or your hair will look a bit straw-like in the first few days. Give your body a few days to adjust. It's been conditioned for years to chemical formulas and needs to relearn how to handle natural care.

How do I properly wash my hair with bar soap?

If you've bought one of our shampoo bars, rub the bar directly onto your head until it lathers up. Then set the bar aside and wash your hair as usual.

Do your soaps contain palm oil?

No, all our soaps are palm oil-free.

Why don't you have the well-known organic and vegan labels?

It's purely a matter of money. As a startup, we can't afford these expensive certifications yet. So we're starting with the NCS and Eco Control seals and will purchase the others as soon as our startup starts generating some revenue. You can still trust us, though: our soaps are vegan and organic.

How do I know which soap is right for me?

In the product descriptions, we provide brief suggestions on what we believe the soaps are best suited for. However, it's always a personal decision. If you're unsure, order our sample packs first to get an overview.

Where do you produce your goods?

We produce our soaps in a small manufactory near Hanover. Everything is handcrafted there. We refrain from purchasing soap bases from Asia, which is common practice. Each of our soaps is handmade.
